HOSPITALITY

AyurvedAmare is not merely B&B, it is also a place permeated by Ayurveda, where you can feel at home, even when away from “home”. Maicol, Ayurvedic Therapist and ready to take care of you, will welcome you together with his sister Sara, a “special” girl with a heart of gold, and marvelous Therapists who work with our center.
Not only do we offer standard services like any other B&B, or ready-made and DIY breakfast, you will also be served delicious and healthy ayurvedic breakfast. It is made with love following the ancient Indian medicine for a healthy, balanced diet and, sometimes, customized according to the person in front of us. You will also get to know the dinacharya, the Ayurvedic proper daily routine, and you will have the chance to try it on yourself during your stay, re-discovering a connection with natural rhythms and taking care of yourself through cleansing practices and self-massage with oils in the mornings.
For those who would like to experience Ayurveda 360°, we have customized offers including ayurvedic treatments, ayurvedic meals and, upon request, yogic practice and morning meditation, ayurvedic cooking lessons, consultation on diet and lifestyle and trips around the nearby territory.
We care a lot about our food offer, and not only that: products are as much organic as possible and local (often straight from our vegetable garden!) and sometimes homemade (jams, ghee, ayurvedic mix). We arrange events, special days and retreats on specific topics all year round to detoxify, purify, rebalance and more. We have a big car park, common spaces both internally and externally and bicycles available for all guests.

ROOMS
Our rooms are inspired by the three Dosha, fundamental principles of Ayurveda: Vata, Pitta and Kapha. According to Ayurveda, the individual is a unique combination of the 5 elements, Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth, which, combining with one another, create the 3 dosha, whose predominance identifies the individual constitution of each person (prakrti). All rooms are equipped with towels and bedsheets and, outside the rooms, a bathroom with a hairdryer, soap and natural shampoo are shared.

Bed and Breakfast Ask us a quotation

VATA ROOM.

A cheerful double room with white walls, space, and a lot of light. It is equipped with a little balcony and it’s next to the bathroom shared with Pitta room.
Vata Dosha represents Movement and it consists of the elements Ether and Air. Its major qualities are light, fast, irregular, changeable, dry and cold.
A person with a Vata predominant constitution is usually sensitive, empathic, intuitive and creative. If they are out of balance, they can feel scared, anxious and unstable.

PITTA ROOM. Triple room (double bed and single bed) with walls as blue as water and details as red as fire. It is relaxing and calming, but at the same time passionate. It is equipped with a balcony and the bathroom is next to the room and shared with Vata room.
Pitta Dosha represents Transformation and it consists of the elements Fire and Water. Its main qualities are: warm, regular, acidic, red, strong, extreme thirst and hunger. A person with a Pitta predominant constitution is usually precise, effective, rational, brave, analytic, dynamic, determined. If they are out of balance, they can feel angry, rebellious, obsessive, judgmental and competitive.

KAPHA ROOM.

Triple room (double bed and single bed), partially underground, which is its main element. It is fresh and comfortable, with yellow walls and white furniture. The bathroom is next to it and it’s shared with the treatment room. Kapha Dosha represents Cohesion and it consists of the elements Water and Earth. Its main qualities are: heavy, stable, soft, cold, moisturized, oily and sweet. A person with a predominant Kapha constitution is usually calm, harmonious, generous, slow, caring and consistent. If they are out of balance, they can feel apathic, lethargic, attached and greedy.

“The three dosha, when in balance, support the body, but, when imbalanced, they cause every sort of disease” (Caraka Samhita)

THE TERRITORY

[smartslider3 slider=”5″]

On your stay at B&B AyurvedAmare, you can visit the natural and cultural beauties of our territory. First of all, our little town with Parco del Gelso, near here, where you can go during the hottest hours of the day and sit in the shade of a tree along the lake; or walk the paths along river Uso that takes you to Villa Torlonia, which has become famous thanks to the Italian poet Giovanni Pascoli, who lived here.

We will be glad to show you the most charming and mysterious corners of our territory, often still unknown, like our beloved Valmarecchia, rich in villages, sanctuaries and medieval castles: from San Leo, where Cagliostro was imprisoned, to Montebello where rumor has it that the ghost of Azzurrina is still lingering, and the beautiful Santarcangelo di Romagna. Not to mention cultural and historical beauties of the city of Rimini, as well as San Marino, an independent state that is considered the most ancient Republic in the world.
